Objective: A large transportation company approached Lawson Bishop to address recruiting two Finance Directors following a recent acquisition.
Methodologies: The search and selection of these candidates were through a number of websites’ search engines, Lawson Bishop’s database, and candidate recommendations. Lawson Bishop handled all responses and following initial telephone screening a short list was conducted for all relevant applicants, and first round interviews took place. Successful candidates short-listed were presented to the organisation for final interview process, selection and offer. Here's the results:
