Objective: A large London based NHS Trust approached Lawson Bishop, in regards to a temporary recruitment need, within their payroll department due to a new system being implemented. The brief was to supply a candidate with a strong payroll background with recent NHS experience to start immediately without a face-to-face interview with the client.
Methodologies: Lawson Bishop advertised the role on three job sites. All responses were screened by Lawson Bishop and candidates with the most appropriate and relevant experience were subject to a telephone interview. Those successful were then called in for a face-to-face interview with Lawson Bishop. A short list was compiled of the two best candidates and these were presented to the client. From which one was selected to start immediately.
